When you explore RingBuddyAi or create an agent, you may provide your name, business name, contact details, business description, use case, conversation answers and account information. If you contact us, we also receive the information in your message.

We may receive basic technical information such as browser type, device information, approximate location, pages visited and security logs. We use this information to keep the service reliable, secure and accessible.
How we use information
- Provide, personalize and maintain RingBuddyAi and its voice-agent workflows.
- Create drafts and connect them to the account you choose to claim.
- Protect the service, prevent abuse and troubleshoot failures.
- Communicate with you about the service, updates and support.
Voice and business content
Information shared during an onboarding conversation is used to prepare your agent draft and provide the requested experience. Do not provide payment-card numbers, passwords, private patient records or other sensitive information that RingBuddyAi has not specifically requested. You remain responsible for ensuring that your use of a voice agent complies with applicable law and your customer notices or consent requirements.
Sharing and service providers
We may use carefully selected infrastructure, authentication, hosting, analytics and support providers to operate RingBuddyAi. They process information only as needed to provide their services. We do not sell personal information.
