Using RingBuddyAi
You may use RingBuddyAi only for a lawful business purpose and in accordance with these terms. You must provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure and have authority to act for the business you connect to the service.
Agent drafts and business content
Your answers, scripts, instructions and other material remain yours. You give RingBuddyAi permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service. You are responsible for your content, your agent’s behavior and the notices, permissions and consents required for your calls or messages.
Responsible use
- Do not use RingBuddyAi for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or harmful activity.
- Do not impersonate a person, business or public authority, or misrepresent what an agent can do.
- Do not submit payment-card data, passwords or sensitive records unless the service explicitly supports that use.
- Do not interfere with the service, probe its security or attempt to access another account.
AI-assisted service
Voice agents can make mistakes and are not a substitute for professional judgment, emergency services or a human decision-maker. Review agent behavior before enabling it for callers, provide a human handoff where appropriate and verify important information.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or limit access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or the public, or when these terms are violated.
Availability and changes
We work to keep RingBuddyAi available, but the service may change or be interrupted for maintenance, security or circumstances outside our control. We may update these terms as the product evolves and will post the updated version here.
Disclaimers and limitation
RingBuddyAi is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, RingBuddyAi is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
